BetAmerica: Live Horse Racing 17+

I’d been with TVG since 2004; at first they were great, very friendly folks helping both online, on the phone and at tracks like Los Alamitos, Hollywood Park, etc., and their deposit rates and rewards program were fair...but then Betfair took over. All of a sudden, deposit rates went through the roof. Now that I moved from Ca to Ny last October the option of switching to BetAmerica intrigued me, and boy am I glad I did. Customer service is very friendly, the deposit rates are minimal, and I get points easily converted to cash with each wager. Thank you for giving the moderate player an affordable and easy to use platform to enjoy the sport of Kings!!

I have used this app for a while now and gambled thousands of dollars through BetAmerica. They have never had an issue with taking my money but when I request a payout of winnings I have issues 90% of the time . I will pay fee for check to be delivered via FedEx and the check will not be delivered for 4 days . I have had customer service reps lie to me, hang up on me, when I was nothing but courteous and respectful asking for help in regards to just asking for a tracking number or give me a valid explanation as to why they will not give me a tracking number. Today a rep put me on hold to speak with her supervisor and I asked her to put the supervisor on the phone and she said they will call me back because they are on the phone dealing with other customers issues . I never write reviews but this is unacceptable and if this helps others to not go through the same constant problems as I have then it’s worth writing. This company could care less about me and I’m sure I’m not the only one being treated as such .

Streaming service for live racing video is crap. Many times I have watched races across various tracks/days/meets only to have the race begin and the video feed freeze. The apphas been doing this for over a year now but unless you have another viewing aternative, your stuck with this annoyance. What gives bet america?
