App doesn’t work anymore in iOS 16

I just loaded iOS 16 and camera high Pro does not function normally. When you tap the camera thumbnail in HD and hit the lower right corner arrow turn the phone landscape the picture completely stretches really long and compresses down. Does anyone know what’s taking place now on all three of my cameras that we’re working normally on camera. Hi pro for a very long time?? I remove the apps, reinstall reboot of the phone hit the image reset an image for a second it works fine, but when you go back again, the images are totally, and completely stretched and compressed vertically!

Has some issues

I don’t understand all the negative reviews here. I’m assuming this app is functional for many different makes and modes of cameras, and it plays better with some than others. So I’m here to show this app some much needed love. I came here to download it after purchasing some cameras and I really was concerned I may have to return the cameras after seeing so many bad reviews. I downloaded the app and continued anyway. Let me say after using several other apps for IP cameras that this was the easiest one to start up the cameras (only took minutes for each one) and the app has worked flawlessly ever since I downloaded it. I literally don’t have one single complaint. I wish the camera has a slight but more of a wide angle but that’s not the fault of the app at all. That’s the cameras issue. So if you’re reading these reviews please know this app works excellent for some of us.

Please fix this last update! Can’t log into camera!

*UPDATE* I have been unable to use my camera since may! I have patiently waited for a fix, but none seems to be coming. I am really cheesed that I have to now replace this camera because it was fantastic when it was working. What an absolute shame!

Well there seems to have been some update two weeks ago that has messed up the whole system. I have used this camera with no issues for a long time, had to do a factory reset because of internet stuff. When I do the set up process, it tells me the default password they give you to connect to the cam is wrong. Nothing but nothing can be done to get around this, so now I have to sit on my hands until an update comes or another two weeks goes by and I just buy another camera.

It is recommended that you delete existing devices from the list and you can find the reset button on the device to restore it to the factory and use it after reconnecting the network.Default user name：admin/password:admin
