Can't look up phone numbers, unlike its website
This makes this app one of the few to have a significantly less useful app, than its site.
If you try to report that in the app's feedback function, you get a "Server Error in '/MobileApp' Application." error page. As I typed in some constructive feedback there for its developers, I'll paste the same here too, in case they read public reviews:
"Huvudfinessen med ratsit-websiten är att få namn och adress från ett svenskt telefonnummer. Utan den finessen, känns den här appen tämligen värdelös. Om ni behöver verifiera att kund är svensk, bygg en bankid-inloggning åt appen för att låsa upp den finessen."
