Unable to place an order
This app sucks. I spent 20 minutes attempting to place an order, then tried to reset a password, waiting for you to send a code and each time I enter the code to try to update the password my order disappeared
Impossible to use
The app is such a pain to use that I’ll just go and order through one of those aggregators. Do they charge unfair fees? Yes the do. But at least you can actually order through them.
Resetting a password is a quest I’m not sure I’m quite capable of going through.
