Good app
Great that I can now order online and see stock availability from my phone when I’m on site. My local TP gives such good service and this just makes it easier for me and quicker as I can order all on the go. And know I’ll get delivery within 2 days

My pet hate! The login screen asks for your email, but the the email field is formatted as “alpha numeric with no predictive text” which means that the user has to switch between keyboards to acces the “@“ and “.” Symbols. It is very easy to format the email field as “email,” which means that the user is presented with all the character needed on a single keyboard, which is automatically presented to the user upon selecting the field for data entry.
One of these small irritating items that make a good app into an intuitive one.

Good but slow to view invoices
Invoicing - the app is definitely very handy. Invoices are easy to pay but the accounts people loading invoices onto the app are way way way too slow. I am never going to pay an invoice I can’t see but a lot of the invoices in the app can’t be viewed. All I can see it a final figure to pay. If I can’t see the invoice detall I’m not going to pay it because I can’t check it and if I can’t check it I can’t invoice my customer. So in the end Travis accounts team slowness in loading invoices onto the system to view just delays me getting paid.
