I downloaded the app today following a benefit that jumped out at me on Instagram. A very worthwhile benefit it should be noted, but while I logged in to redeem the benefit the app went to the home screen and I had no way to return to the benefit, restore it or the items I selected. Very unfortunate! In customer service they offered me a 20% discount which really doesn't come close to the comparable offer that was promised to me and that's why I came. I deleted the app and was left with great sadness
