Poor connection
We have pretty good WiFi with signal extender to cover each corner of the house, no issue with watching live content in hq on few devices, but this one can lost connection few times in 20-30 mins.

How strange and regrettable that the connection between the app and your baby monitor is far from good, even though you're using a Wi-Fi signal extender. Since when have you been facing issues? We'd kindly recommend clearing the cache in the app settings, to delete and reinstall the app and to turn the camera off and on again. This should bring improvement. Cannot turn off the preview
How to turn off the preview or at least turn off sound permanently in preview?
