Is there a bug?

Hi, I love this app as it prevents me from getting lost, but I noted that sometimes when I change the location, the app does not update and displays weird instructions on how to get to the new location. I had to click the location one or two times to ensure it updates/refreshes. Hope you can look into this as it reduces the credibility when using this app.

If there could be indicative walking time too for transfers, it would be great. Currently it just indicates the transfer walking distance.

It would also be great if the app has functions showing the nearby banks, schools, sports stadium, bus stops and MRT and also indicate the distance in ascending order so that I can click on the nearest one and know how to walk there.

If there could be some information on the first and last bus/train, it would be nice too. Currently, it seems that it doesn’t show all available transport routes if the transport means has ended for the day. Eg, I might be checking at home my next day journey but due to the late hour, some routes do not appear?

Room for Improvement

Some feedback. Firstly, it would be great if user could "mark" the favorite location in the map. Then the favorite location will be shown in the map in different colours or shapes (star, love, etc). If you have this function, then it’s not obvious.

Secondly, It would be much greatful if we can mark favorite bus stop and bus number. The favorite buses will be marked with "star" sign and show on top of the list.

Thirdly, I am facing difficulty when search the property transaction price. Eg, after search block 258, I am unable to "click" and see the transaction price for the block near by (block 257 or 259, etc). Repeatedly press and press on another block, nothing happen. Appreciate if the management can clear the bug. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback. We do not differentiate markers, the function is not available.
Overall, as we do not have a login feature for the app, we do not store favourites or bookmarks for locations or services.

With regards to the bug, we are rolling out an update in a few days' time to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Further Improvements Reuire

Example:

On Google map commuters can take public transports from Queenstown MRT station to Alexandra hospital. Whereas One Map Singapore shows no public transports - walk 26 min to Hospital.
One Map shows if from Koven MRT station to Alexandra Hospital One map guides commuters take north east line to Harbour Front station then change public buses (approx. 1 hour). But the faster time should be taking north east line, change to east west line to queenstown mrt station then public buses (approx. 51 min).
