Nevella is great at what she does she cares about you and your family likes she’s part of it!!! She’s always available and very knowledgeable in her job we are searching for are first time home and she has made it stress free and she’s always teaching us on the process, she is always available and very kind and understanding! It’s nice to be able to work with your agent in tandem within an app that’s at your fingertips. The categorization feature is nice but it’s needs a few improvements

-I often have to reset or restart the app to keep searching the map section for properties as I zoom in an out of an area

-add an option in filters to mark things of importance, like close to a grocery store or important other land marks

-add the option to just highlight the properties you favorited on the map

-add a “routes map” that allows you to map out a “tour” of the properties you would like to see based on distance and best route. This may not be a tool for all however if someone is trying to look at multiple properties in a day this feature would save essential time

My realtor suggested this app and I couldn’t be happier with it. Super easy to use. Convenient and very helpful. It has lots of tips regarding all the housing lingo and not to mention all my realtors information. I’m pretty sure she can view every house I am interested in and set it up. I love it. Thank you for the app!!
