HomeSpotter is beautiful, mobile-first home search, with built-in chat that makes collaboration fast, easy and fun.
We strive to provide an experience that’s easier and better for consumers and their agents. And we believe it can be done in a way that benefits the broker and MLS, too.
Agents and consumers have, for too long, had to copy, paste, email, and text property links all over the place as they went through their home search.
This didn't make much sense to us.
So, our idea: combine a great mobile property search experience with a familiar text message like interface so that working and communicating with others through a home search was simple.
Imagine texting property photo slideshows, not just links; enabling multiple conversations between your friends and family; even enabling chat between two agents that have full access to agent-only listing information.
Share, save, comment, chat ... messaging meets home search. 100% mobile, 100% better than the old way. That's what the next evolution of HomeSpotter is all about.

Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this app. Even though I am not a client I find it very entertaining. It is so cool to see all the homes that are up for sale. I love figuring out how to work it and you can message your agent. You can even look at homes in other countries or states. It shows you photos of the homes, prices, when they were built, and more. This app is just a great way to spend free time. And I have found many homes I like. This would be very helpful for finding a new home. I personally would rate it 6 out of 5 stars. ;) (if I could)
Horrible glitches
I used to love this app but over the past 6 months, it has gotten worse and worse. First, every single listing has a thumbnail that says “no photos” but when you click the listing, it says X amount of photos. But when you click the photos, it gets stuck in a loading loop. Next, every time you move out of the app (like to send a text message), the search list resets to the top of the list and usually takes your sorting filter off (I like to sort newest to oldest, but it always reverts back to price high to low).
I have updated, deleted, reinstalled about 5 times and nothing has fixed the error. The app is essentially unusable. For a while, I would use the app to find addresses of properties available and then google them to find photos, but it’s annoying to lose my place in the results list in the app every time.
Broken
As a realtor I used this app all the time to search for homes and get information It was quick and responsive. About two weeks ago it started asking me to log in each time I opened it up and when I try to log in, it says my log in info and password is incorrect which I know it is not. When I choose ‘forgot password’ it says it will email me a link to change the password but it doesn’t. I called the tech number three times and they say it’s a known problem and they’re working on it. It’s been close to two weeks now that they’ve been working on it. Very frustrating!

Hello Lisa! We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the app. Could you try to uninstall the app and reinstall it? That should force refresh and update your app and fix most of the issues with it.
