Doesn’t work

Sounds like a great app but it won’t let me confirm my email due to Spacio logging my email incorrectly, being an insecure site, my browsers won’t let me through. When I was able to log I. On the incorrect email, it says I have to be connected to the internet to use the app. Most of my open houses are flip properties and don’t have WiFi, so this app is useless.

I’m obsessed love it

Recently joined the next home brokerage and they offer this app as part of the tools we use and the very first time I used the app I totally love it , I’m excited now to do the next open house with this tools is very helpful to follow up with prospects and share the sign in sheet with the seller so we can show some work done , I can send other properties for sale reports around the area very easy integration systems , you can do another agent open house from your office and create the sign in form and the leads goes to you . Definitely this is the app for new generation of realtors

Love this!

This app is super easy to use. The phone version allows you to take notes on open house visitors right after they sign in on the iPad and you can do this discretely as the customer is walking through. It also pulls in social profiles so you know who’s visiting. What a great solution. I’m never going back of pen and paper! And people love playing with the iPad, it’s professional and has privacy
