Our marketing tools are simple to use but still allow plenty of customization so agents can select their photo, logo, property photos, color palette, custom questions, follow up text messages, and their preferred lender. Custom broker/team templates are also available by request too.

Really loving this app but…

I really love this app and I can see there isn’t too many users on it now, it’s really functional and syncs with my CRM very smoothly. A couple of things I would like to see improvement on are; allowing you to save your questions as a template so you can apply them to all of the other listings that you host an open house. This way you don’t have to rewrite the questions and answers each time you host an open house. Another thing is improving the functionality of pulling the answers from the questions and turning them into tags in the CRM. For example if one of the questions was “What is your timeframe?” And the lead answers 0-3 months it would be great to have that import as a tag into the CRM, I tried getting it to work with Zapier but had no luck importing tags with the tests that I tried. And for the final thought, it would be great to be able to sync the listing with the MLS so we could import the image from there onto our listing presentation. I understand that means it would make the app usable by agents only with our MLS ID, but I’m sure we’re the only ones that use it anyway.

Overall it’s a great app and it is definitely the best one out there as there is no other apps that compare.

- previous questions will automatically be used so you don't need to setup questions again for each new listing
- we autopopulate most of the listing info as soon as you create the listing

...and for tagging in your CRM, since it's a different system we can't manage it directly BUT should be possible with Zapier. Reach out to and we'll try to help!

Highly Recommended by Seasoned Real Estate Agent

This app is one that I would highly recommend to any new and seasoned real estate professional, as an extremely meticulous and seasoned agent myself. It is extremely user friendly on both the admin and consumer side. I also love that you can add personalized questions for the consumer to answer before they even walk through your open house such as are they currently working with a real estate agent, etc. Finally, the personal service from the app’s support is second-to-none. The owner of the app contacted me after my first use to obtain constructive feedback and to make sure that I had a great experience with the app.

If you are wondering if this is the right app for you, definitely give them a shot. I was a bit reluctant at first since it was a newer application, but I’m certainly glad that I gave the app a chance. I plan to use this app for all open houses in the future and highly recommend that you do, too!

My go-to for open houses

I host a few open houses each month as a real estate agent and use Block Party for every single one. It takes 5 minutes to set it up, then I simply place my iPad near the entrance for guests to sign in. What I love most is the simplicity for guests - I always get accurate info, they never object to sign in and are often delighted at how easy it is over a paper form, and I can even set up automated text follow ups to connect immediately with guests. This sets me apart when they’re going to other homes the same day and keeps me top of mind, and provides great leverage when I’m busy at the open house. Can’t recommend it enough - and the team behind it is incredible - they provide great support and even reach out to me to see how they can make my experience better.
