Only half the app works
Developers, PLEASE fix the bug so we can uploads documents! This seems to be a continuous issue. I have yet to be able to utilize this feature and it’s one of the most important/useful ones. I always have to get my job or my doctor to fax documents directly which makes this app halfway useless. You can view documents and current leave but that’s about it. I get so many errors when I click on different areas in the app. It’s supposed to save time but seems like it’s just taking up space on my phone, so I’ll most likely delete the app. I’ll just have to use the website from now on.
Never works
I’ve tried everything over the past few years to view my documents online, both via the website and via the app. I try to log in to the app, and I am told there is no account with that email address, so I’m asked to register. I go to register, and I’m told that I already have an account and need to log in. The website is no better. I log in successfully, at least, but then am told that my account requires assistance. This has been an issue over multiple claims, and while tickets have been issued, Unum fails to actually get either online option to work. I have to call for everything, and I have to make a special request to have my documents emailed to me directly. The lack of IT support and follow-up with the customers is truly horrible.
Looks good, login is annoying
Both versions of this app fail to store login information. The previous version never worked with Face ID this one worked for a month. At least on the previous version you could just enter a saved password and email, this one makes you type out the email then you can use saved password. Reinstalled multiple times, can’t get it to work.
