My Theta from a deposit never showed!

Transferred my Theta from a exchange into this wallet and presto completed blockchain transaction and no Theta in my wallet. Appreciate the loss. Updated to 2 stars for quick customer support response further update if issues are resolved. Being told it’s being worked on. Fingers crossed.

Irregular balance, restore my balance to the appropriate figure

Where is my full balance, I just transferred 41 dollars of Bitcoin to someone out of, $102, why is my balance $21 instead of $61… just like the previous time I transferred $222 out of $360 my balance went down to the $102 which has now been reduced againResolve and restore my balance to the right figure

Doesn’t Import Wallets

I’ve tried importing my TronLink wallet and my Getty’s Tron Wallet and the app keeps showing 0 for all my tokens. Pretty frustrating. Maybe support private keys? Even though my wallets both have pneumonic phrases I feel like it just doesn’t work. And yes I’ve added the supported Cobo tokens like TRX and IGG but nothing appears.
