I played this game for long time and it is amazing but i still cant buy or invest any money even gifts codes i cannot use them for no reason i get message about this service is not available in your area . Please fix that so i can enjoy it more

I’d like to report a balance issue related to the level hierarchy and targeting system.As a lower-ranked player, I am frequently attacked by significantly higher-ranked players, especially those in top alliances where members are already at max rank. For example, as a low level ranked player,I’ve been repeatedly targeted by players far above my level, sometimes multiple times in a short period.This creates an unfair situation where defending is nearly impossible, and progression becomes very difficult. Resources are lost faster than they can be recovered, which makes the game feel discouraging rather than competitive.Suggestion:* Introduce attack limits or matchmaking based on level/power range* Add stronger protection for lower-ranked players (e.g., shields or cooldowns after being attacked)* Reduce incentives for attacking much weaker players* Encourage fights between similarly ranked players with better rewardsImproving this would create a more balanced and enjoyable experience for all players and help retain newer players.Thank you for your consideration.

This game is amazing. You can explore and make friends along the way. The only thing is; there is no distinction between people who spend money on it and those who play for free. During the war; of course money talks. Those who have bought everything wins every time. There should be a separate event for those who play with money and those who play for free. Let the fairness be in the servers as the rich can easily and freely destroy what you have worked hard for.

I have supported this game for a long time and spent a considerable amount of real money on it, but the customer support experience has been extremely disappointing.Whenever a bug or technical issue occurs, the response is always the same: generic copy-and-paste messages and empty apologies instead of proper investigations or real solutions.Issues such as the Canyon error, trade problems, and other in-game bugs were never handled fairly, and no meaningful compensation or resolution was provided.Players invest both their time and their money in this game. The least we deserve is accurate event information, transparent communication, and customer support that actually investigates reported issues instead of sending automated replies.Until the developers improve their customer support and take responsibility for in-game problems, I cannot recommend spending money on this game.
