Game changer for my health

Eight months ago I doctors warning sent me down path of weight loss health improvement and improving fitness. Along the way I found Calo which became my magic weapon. It is so easy to track macros and calories via photographs of what I eat. I had given me targets for macros and calories and mapping in exercise automatically from other Apps has given me the overall picture of intake v calorulie burn, accurate up to date calorie deficit based on fact and not conjecture. I am now 29kg lighter many suit sizes smaller and blood results all optimised. Fatty liver gone, pre diabetes gone, high cholesterol gone, kidney function normal, insulin resistance largely gone, strength and fitness up. Changed eating habits, conscious decision on what to eat based on macros, meal hints that are better choices. Wouldn't be without it. Family coming on board to use Calo too

I’ve been using Calo AI for a bit now and it’s honestly been awesome. Super easy to use nothing complicated. You just jump in and get it done. I really like you can fix or adjust results when it’s not quite right - makes it way less frustrating than other apps. The new voice input is unreal too… Just say what you ate and it logs it! makes life so much easier when you’re busy or on the go. Best part is that actually works. I’ve dropped over 10 KG‘s using it and it still helps me stay consistent without overthinking everything. Definitely recommend giving it a go.

First app I have used to help with weight loss, I lost 14 kilos in a cal deficit, and noted everything with pen and paper, took a break over Christmas, went back in a cal deficit to lose the remaining 9 kilos, and just couldnt find the groove with it-so I researched app, this one came up, I did a free trial as was very sceptical, but its made an absolute difference for le, so easy yo use, I LOVE the bit where it shows how many calories you have for the day, I love that! Theres so much more to it also, recipes, reading, I just love the app!I would very highly recommend it
