A standout pie menu for launching apps, switching between running ones, triggering shortcuts, and controlling music. A pupil-pleasing productivity booster to get things done.
Features
• Let your apps fly—in a pie
• Switch between running apps in a snap
• Launch your favorite apps, folders, and documents in an instant
• Trigger actions in other apps via their shortcuts
• Control Apple Music, Spotify, and Doppler with the one-of-a-kind Music Remote
• Activate the pie menu anytime with a customizable keyboard shortcut
You can assign any keyboard shortcut to open the pie menu. There are two modes to choose from: Either you hold the shortcut and trigger the selected action upon release (a behavior often found in games), or you tap the shortcut once and make your selection with a mouse click. The menu can also be fully navigated using just the keyboard. It appears either at the current mouse position or centered on the active screen.
Accessibility is very important to me. The app supports all macOS accessibility features – including VoiceOver, Increased Contrast, Reduced Transparency, and Smart Invert Colors. Haptic feedback, sound effects, and animations can be disabled individually if needed. I can’t test everything comprehensively in everyday use, so I appreciate any feedback on how to make the app even more inclusive (martin@appahead.studio).

A Shortcuts manager that makes sense
Not harlen
I have been looking forward for the launch of Pieoneer for the last few weeks. So much so that I gave it a crack at building a clone to make the wait more bearable. After using it for a little bit, the functionality is clearly there. I even had a few moments where the shortcuts felt more intuitive than hitting my unholy key combinations. Theres just a few minor improvements that I wish were here already. First thing definitely needs to be closing the current wheel when pressing escape. Thats a must. The next thing that feels missing but I think is more optional is closing the wheel when the mouse leaves a small area outside the wheel. Other than my 2 requests, Pieoneer definitely has a home in my workflow and Im excited to see if the project goes further!
Super useful for speeding up workflows

Love this app. It adds a “weapon wheel” style launcher to macOS, which makes switching between apps a lot faster. I no longer have to remember tons of shortcuts. Paired with my Logitech MX mouse’s custom keys, it’s made a big difference in my daily workflow. Highly recommend if you want a quicker way to move through apps.
Interesting concept

I’m all about productivity improvements, but I am usually focused on keyboard-first. I had to give this a try on my macbook where I occasionally use the trackpad. Here’s my initial requests:- Allow binding to open with just a modifier key- Allow changing the scale of the pie, or allow activating actions even if dragging *further* out than the icon itself (i want to be able to flick in a direction without too much concern about positional accuracy).
A lovely App

Works well, good presentation and easy to use, a very pleasant App.
With this update, the pie menu can now also be shown when the currently focused app is in full-screen mode. This version also includes several noticeably improved performance enhancements!
