You can manage and cancel your subscription from your account in the App Store. Monthly or yearly subscription options are available.
Subscription price - US$3.99 per calendar month, (or equivalent amount in your country), that’s less than a latte from your favorite vendor, per month, for peace of mind.
Your TrackingDays subscription gives you access to all features of the app, including:

TrackingDays works with regular movement, please move your phone approx 500m daily. If for any reason you will not move this distance every few days, please restart your App from time to time to ensure location tracking has not been disabled by iOS.
