Bought the app during camping season to be able to listen to weather reports. Only two Canadian stations relevant to my location, and both have been off-line since purchase.

If you are a Canadian don’t waste your money. Even if you are American this app is likely inadequate for you.Example: I get a NOAA broadcast from a channel on my FOSPOWER radio and yet the app says there’s no channel in Toronto and none in the whole province of Ontario which is obviously wrong. To the app developers, you need to update your station data base. It seems you haven’t updated since the apps inception date. Even If you have to contact the provinces ave Ottawa for known Canadian NOAA channels and broadcasts and the individual states for theirs . Also you should scan the airwaves with a high powered receiver or by scanning and driving through areas to pick up signals.Your app only lists 1 off air broadcast location for the entire Northeast (based somewhere near Boston). That’s obviously got to be inaccurate. If you update your data and channels and it becomes usable for me (I’m in the Toronto Ontario area) I will review again and if it’s improved give it a much better rating. As it is I had to give it one star because it says there’s no NOAA in my area (city of Toronto) but there is and the only northeast location it offered me was near bottom and it’s a off the air station (obviously useless since if it’s off air it can’t provide weather info).Until then readers if you are in Canada don’t bother with this app. If you are in the USA this probably shouldn’t be your primary weather app or primary source of NOAA updates because the app is gravely deficient in coverage.
What's New in Version 15.1
Synthesized NOAA Stations
Can't get a live broadcast signal? WeatherRadio now generates on-demand NOAA-style audio from live National Weather Service data. Zone forecasts, hazardous weather outlooks, coastal waters, river and flood statements, short-term forecasts, and more — with real-time alert interrupts during playback.
Radar & Overlay Improvements
The radar map now includes an animated infrared satellite layer alongside live radar. Active advisories are rendered as color-coded overlays directly on the map and filter automatically as you scrub the timeline. Tropical cyclone and tropical storm statements are now included in the advisory overlay.
Custom Station Improvements
Custom stations now support a frequency field and an optional radar station code, so your custom feeds can show radar just like built-in stations. Callsign and frequency are displayed throughout the app wherever the station appears.
Station Names
All broadcast station names have been updated to match official NOAA transmitter designations.
Bug Fixes & Polish
Various stability and performance improvements.
