I was checking Facebook for my game rewards and there was an offer for credits. I clicked on it. Sent me to a page that needed me to choose my reward. I did. That sent me to a page that required me to choose a program to download. I chose CyberGhost. The promotion said the reward would be received in 10 minutes in my area. After 2 days of running the 7 day free trial of CyberGhost, still nothing... No rewards given. If you are going to entice customers with a rewards,FOLLOW THROUGH!!!This might be a good product, but it was fraudulently advertised to gain customers. SHAME ON YOU.I have screen shots of every step I took, followed directions to receive rewards, nothing, zero, not one credit received after 2 days. DELETING
Developer Response
Hi, Ghostie! Sorry to hear about that. Please note that CyberGhost is a VPN service, not a game app. We do not take kindly to our app being misused in such tactics. Please let us know more details at support@cyberghost.ro so that we can further investigate. Thank you!

Hi, Ghostie! Thanks for the feedback. It's great to hear you enjoy our app.
CyberGhost 8.8.0 makes your VPN connection more resilient.
• Network drops no longer disconnect you. The app now keeps your VPN and reconnects automatically when your connection returns — and the widget and Live Activity show the reconnecting state in real time.
• Wi-Fi protection got smarter: your "Always connect" rule now kicks in every time you rejoin a network, even while the app is in the background.
• Fixed a false "reconnecting" shown after reopening the app while the VPN was already connected.
• Fixed the "Add VPN Configurations" prompt appearing in a loop and blocking sign-in.
• Fixed the widget showing up blank in Tinted and Clear appearance modes.
• Smoother and faster sign-in and onboarding.
• A fresh new loading animation.
• Fixed a freeze on iPad apps running on a Mac.
• Better diagnostics for Dedicated IP activation, so support can help you faster.
