We’re sorry you keep running into this. We want to reassure you that this isn't necessarily due to anything you've done wrong. The "slow down" message is a temporary security safeguard that can occasionally be triggered even when everything appears to be working normally. If you see it again, please wait until the time shown in the message, or try again a little later if no time is provided. Repeated retries in a short period can sometimes extend the cooldown. If the message continues beyond the reset time, we'd love to investigate. Please send us the exact timestamp/time zone, the Firefly feature or model you were using, a screenshot of the message, and let us know whether it still occurs after fully closing the app, starting a new session, and signing out and back in.
