SHARE YOURS, ON YOUR TERMS Post under your name, your location, or fully anonymously - the app never reveals who wrote an anonymous story. Publish to the public feed or to a community you've joined, and take a story down whenever you want. A JOURNAL THAT SHOWS YOU WHETHER IT HELPED Pick what's on your mind, note how you feel, write it out, then check in again. Your journal tracks your mood before and after every entry, so over a month you can see what writing actually does for you. Missed a day? Fill it in from the calendar. Every entry is private unless you choose to share it anonymously. RESOURCES MADE FOR ATHLETES Podcasts, videos and playlists on the mental side of sport, sorted toward the sports you play - plus in-app exercises like box breathing for the ten minutes before a race, or a quick color match to get out of your own head. BUILD YOUR OWN TOOLKIT Collect the stories, journal entries and resources that help into toolkits you can step through when you need them: race week, coming back from an injury, a bad-day reset. Nobody on our team can read one unless you switch on "Share anonymously" for that entry. You can export everything you've written, or delete your account, at any time. You are not your stats. You are not your injury. You are not the bad play at minute 12. Athletes don't need to be fixed - they need to be heard. Inside Outside Health is for athletes 18 and older.
