iPhone Duo and automation update. • iPhone Duo: the play dock now follows the hinge — half-folded (laptop) posture keeps the chain on the upper half and the dock on the lower half. • Export: finished renders, stems and MIDI files now open the system Save/Share sheet (Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, Mail). • Automation: mixer faders move with volume automation during playback; tempo automation glides between points instead of stepping. • Metronome: long-press the metronome button to set the click level. • Preset library: presets show their tags and can be filtered by tag. • Fixes: dragging an automation point near a clip edge no longer trims the clip; audio could stop after an internal signal — fixed; faster, smoother app start; clearer feedback after Groove and clip tempo edits.

Maintenance update. • Internal code cleanup: no new features and no changes to how the app works, your projects, sounds and settings are untouched. • Housekeeping in the shipped package: files the app never opens are no longer bundled.

Choir Pad, Anything Kit and a smarter Suggest. • Choir Pad: a new sung-voice instrument with Aah, Ooh and Mmm voice sets and an animated singing ensemble in a new plum finish. • Anything Kit: a new drum MIDI FX — teach it any sound through the microphone (a knock, a clap, your voice) and play your drum channel with it. • Suggest rebuilt: eight chord ideas by character, More for fresh ideas, + Chord, and suggestions that follow the chords on your other channels. Its new control panel sets genre, direction, follow tracks or your own walk, hold, octave, voicing, inversion, chord length and where Write puts the progression — chord track, MIDI clip or both. Suggest presets save your setup. • Sampled instruments added with + (Acoustic Piano, Strings, Brass, Woodwinds, Bass, Choir Pad) now play right away. • MultiZone: Browse Folder maps a whole folder of samples to zones, and World sounds no longer appear in MultiZone preset lists. • New jazz-fusion demo song with numbered scenes and clips in their channel colours. • Arrangement: clips move in select mode, audio stays in place when trimming or moving, MIDI edge preview no longer stretches notes, paste is reliable, and double-tapping empty space leaves select mode. • Recording and editing: tap the take button to open the take lanes, a clearer audio editor toolbar, and long-press to drag samples from the sample drawer. • Session Player: the XY seed cloud is back. • Tutorial: every step can be passed with Next, and the control it points to always comes into view. • Play surface strip: same dark finish as the top bar, with your channel colour behind the channel name and instrument; the play mode button is square. Loop shows faded white when off. • Loading another project from Settings closes Settings. • Drum Kit, the samplers and the 3D effects open on a ready screen. • Fixed a crash when scanning for Bluetooth MIDI devices on Mac. • Fixed audio stalls that could silence the app when playing many notes on Bass Engine and other sampled instruments with Preserve Pitch and a long release. • Audio engine hardening: invalid values are now refused instead of being able to silence a track or stall audio until restart. • The floating play surface comes to the front when you touch it, even over plugin windows — its handle and top strip work there too. • Scrolling: session channels scroll sideways in the dock and the main view, and the arrangement scrolls from track headers, faders and the timeline. • Long-press menus open where you pressed — clips, notes, automation points and session columns. • Settings: tap anywhere on Audio Output to choose where sound goes. • All interface and error messages are now in English, including Audio Unit messages and the chord compass. • Recovered projects keep their names, effect windows open more smoothly, and stability fixes.

Play surfaces, rebuilt for two hands. • Multi-surface panes: split the play area and control a different channel in each one — every pane keeps its own MIDI channel, so two panes really do sound at the same time. • Tear a surface out into a free-floating window and keep playing the dock underneath. • Session Player, drum kits and every play surface now keep their own top HUD inside a pane. • Factory sounds are searchable in the sample browser — drum kits and instruments, with audition before you load. • New licence-clean factory drum kits and 21 new CC0 instruments. • Chord readout rewritten: shell voicings, slash chords, add9/6-9/7sus4 and inversions are named the way you play them. • Fixes: chain cartridge drag-to-reorder, arrangement snap in odd time signatures, mixer meter levels, and a long list of parity details.
