How to cancel a subscription without getting up from a couch

I am a user of Max, I have a subscription. And suddenly I want to cancel my subscription.Personally, my actions:1. I log in to the browser from my phone, enter the Max site, log in to my profile;2. A window immediately appears with two options: "open the application" and "change the plan";3. When you select any of these options, it brings to the application. Great, thanks!4. I open the application;5. It shows me my plan and there is a function to change the plan;6. Click change plan;7. It is only possible to change to a new plan;There is no way to cancel!!!It would seem that this is such a small thing. But how annoying it is. As I understand it, the only option is to go get a laptop and cancel the subscription via the laptop.I will be glad to change the review to 5 stars if you tell me how to cancel the plan via the phone without getting up from the couch.

Region-restricted subtitles are dumb

There's like a dozen of minor stupid annoying things about the app, but the one that truly gets me: region-restricted subtitles. Why? There's not a single reason to do this, you don't save cost with it, you don't protect valuable IP with it, you just destroy enjoyment from great content by idiotic UX choices. I'm in the Czech Republic, and I can't use English subtitles here. Why? Roughly 50% of the population speaks English here. Can these people parse English by ear? Most of them can, like me. But some of them are deaf (not me), some of them stuff crispy snacks in their faces (me), and some of them don't want to miss lines due to the mumblings and weird audio production choices of the modern TV and movie industry (also me). All of those people are invited to spend their time in other apps apparently. Why? This is my first review ever in about 10 years of using the Appstore. This is how asinine the design choices of this app.
Disrespect of customers
I use HBO Max (always the most expensive plan) for YEARS and I was satisfied (mostly). Now they insert ADS between EVERY episode (e.g. Big bang theory = ads every 25-30 minutes). They are pretending that those things are not "ads" - they call them "trailers", BUT: I need to watch a super annoying things I am NOT interested AT ALL. For me there is ZERO difference between an "ad" and "trailer". For example: I really HATE sports (and never watched anything related to sport) - but they think that annoying me with something related to olympics is a good idea (not only in the main menu, but also in the middle of content I am paing for) 🤦🏻♂️ ... NO way that I will pay them for another yearly subscription‼️Also the number of "trackers" in the app (>100) is ridiculous + they don't respect the system wide "do not track" feature at all‼️ How is it possible that the app is not removed from the appstore by Apple? 🤬
