Minor UI Changes

Major update to v5, in this version we have totally improved the app and added many new features. Please bare with us on this major update and report any bugs you may find.

In this update, we fixed a few memory leak issues, so now the app should use less memory on your iPhone and run a bit smoother.

- Cloud layer zoom restriction changed to allow more flexible map zooming while cloud layer is active. - Cloud layer opacity increased for more visibility, and no longer changes opacity with slider. - Fixed a bug where cloud layer would become enabled by default, causing poor app performance. - Removed cloud layer option from the add location map. - Cleaned up the app code in other places for improved app performance.

- Fixed several issues causing app crashes on some devices, in particular a crash happening on iPhone XS Max when location manager tool is used.

In this update, we improved the saving of the cloud layer data for improved performance and server stability.

* Switched to a new server for cloud cover map data, now it should work much better with no more missing cloud layer. * Map now zooms out when cloud layer is loaded to show better visibility. * Cleaned up the code a bit on the back-end to improve app performance.
