Ich bin sprachlos.. Meine Unsicherheit, was BLW angeht ist komplett weg. Ich wusste garnicht, dass ich meiner Tochter jetzt schon fast alles anbieten darf. Diese App hat komplett alle Informationen die man benötigt. Die 10€, die man für ein Jahr zahlen muss sind es mehr als nur wert.

Obwohl die App nur in Englisch und Spanisch verfügbar ist, ist es ein absolutes must have für den Beikoststart. Die kostenlose „Food database“ bietet die Möglichkeit eine riesige Anzahl an Lebensmitteln auf ihre sichere Zubereitungsart (Alter des Babys), Allergierisiko, Erstickungsgefahr und Nährstoffe zu kontrollieren. Auch mit geringen Englischkentnissen kann die App gut bedient werden, da ein großer Teil Fotodokumentiert wurde.

Ich liebe diese App! Auch ihren Instagram Account. Anschaulich und mit Bildern und Videos wird erklärt wie man essen für Babys sicher geben kann und welche Nahrungsmittel ein Allergierisiko mit sich bringen.

Inhaltlich eine wirklich tolle und hilfreiche App besonders für Erst Eltern. Sehr übersichtlich und fachlich fundiert. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist der hohe Preis und dass sie nur auf Englisch und Spanisch verfügbar ist. Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert, denn wir wollen alle nur das Beste für unsere Kleinsten.
