Payment Issues with Egyptian Debit Cards and Lack of Apple Pay

Dear Disney+ Support Team,I am writing to express my frustration with the payment options available on your website.Your website appears to accept only credit cards and does not accept Egyptian debit cards. I have tried using debit cards issued by Banque Misr, the National Bank of Egypt, and Banque du Caire, but none of them worked.This is a major issue for customers like me, especially since my credit card is no longer active. Why are you making the payment process so difficult for your customers? Why is there no option to pay through Apple Pay, as many other streaming services around the world allow?I believe Disney+ should offer more accessible and convenient payment methods, particularly for customers in Egypt who may not have access to an active credit card.I would appreciate a clear explanation of why Egyptian debit cards are not accepted and whether you plan to introduce Apple Pay or other alternative payment methods in Egypt.I look forward to your response and hope this issue will be addressed soon.Best regards,Mohamed Ali

I genuinely have got no idea why all my previous watched history and everything i was in the midst of watching were deleted when i logged in, i tried three different devices and had to restart everything i was watching. Not to mention how finick-y the otp is, i can’t even change the language on MyDisney. I’m only giving this a one star because of how orginised the new app is.
This is way better than the old app

This application fixes every problem that the old app had. Only issues are that watchlist, watch history and accounts are all gone, but the old app is still available so you can copy everything down from the old app, and just watch the movies again from the start, it won’t kill you to restart the movie!
