I paid for the unlimited monthly plan and i can only receive 2 calls a day and the second call would only be for 4 minutes and the line would automatically hang up on my end! I should be receiving however many calls since i paid for the unlimited version! I have tried emailing you guys the last like 3 months and i still haven’t received no help or a response!

They keep suspending your account for no reason whatsoever. I’m only using this service to simply receive calls. I never once made a phonecall and they dare claim that I’m using the services inappropriately. Not only that, but also, they never respond. They renewed my subscription and charged me while the account is suspended. I sent 2 tickets and no one came back to me.NEVER use the service it’s a waste of money.
