Dock disappears from lock screen and icons are not clickable

The dock which has the apps launcher keeps disappearing from the lock screen and I have to open the application turn off live activity then turn it back on to appear back on the lock screen. Also the apps in the dock are not clickable. So the dock is either not working or not there

The favourite bar always vanished after a while on 13 pro max , need to open application all the time to get the bar back Better not to use it !
