Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

I received fake perfumes that were explicitly advertised as “original” and “new”. What’s worse is that even the scents are nothing like the actual perfumes! The bottles are cheap-looking and arrived scratched and peeling, not “new”, and they don’t match the listed photos, which should have been flagged by Libsy but wasn’t. Despite providing evidence, Libsy refused to take any action because they say I reported the issue outside their arbitrary 24-hour window, as I was traveling. Even more frustrating, they acknowledged that the seller had been asked to remove authenticity claims from her listings, due to other similar complaints, yet offered no resolution whatsoever. I would not recommend this app if you expect reliable quality control or customer protection.

I love the idea of this app, but they really need to facilitate the browsing/visibility. I don’t know why they removed the feature where you see everything that has been uploaded recently. They need to add a similar feature to just browse random uploads, would be even greater if it has a recommended for you personalized feature. I keep seeing the same clothes over and over. Also as a seller, this doesn’t help with my visibility.

I tried to make an account to sell but every time I log into the app I have to re log in for some reason and then it doesn’t even work it’s very glitchy and I don’t know how to get the 2 accounts I made back and it’s just a mess Really hoping these glitches can be fixed because then the app would be great
