The vpn only worked as soon as I paid the annual subscription. The second time I tried to connect it didn’t work, and it hasn’t worked since. I sent an email to support but I haven’t gotten an answer.

It doesn’t work! No response after contacting!

This app does not work at all. It does not connect and when it is constantly trying to connect all of my phone is shut down and very slow. I have tried to contact 3 times and no response at all from this company. I paid for a whole year. I want a refund because there are other apps that work. According to your response the link you give for chat support will not open, it says that there is an SSL error and a secure connection cannot be made. I also do not use X (formerly twitter) to contact you. And why doesn’t any one answer emails? I have sent 3, and you can see here review after review that the app does not work and the same complaint, no answer to emails. So this is a scam. I am going to have Apple remove you app from the App Store. And others here with the same complaint whether it be Apple or Google Play should do the same.

Worst VPN I Have Used

Firstly, I was specifically told this VPN would work in Egypt, which is why I committed to purchasing. Not only does it not work in Egypt, but the Nord team doesn't even stand by their product or their sales representative who dishonestly influenced me to buy this VPN with misleading information. Now I have a VPN subscription for 2 years that doesn't even work when and where I need it. Not only that, these incompetent people at Nord refuse to address this issue and issue me a partial refund, which is what I asked for. So instead of having good customer service, they will rip you off shamelessly. I had no problem in the states and would have used it there. Nord has lost a customer for life, and they are shameless to the point of lying to get you to buy their service. I'd highly recommend going a different direction than Nord VPN.

Never pay them long subscriptions.Since months and they are unable to provide the service for me, losing 15 month subscription till Dec 2024.I have requested many times to resolve their failing connections, trying all protocols, different dns, many servers, and no single try is making a successful connection.I then asked for refund to the left period of my subscription 12 months from now, on the basis of failing to provide the service for me, and they rudely denied any service agreement minimum level standards, making this an obvious fraud.On my earlier review i their scammer manager comment asking for ticket number, and then I provided it hoping for escalated level resolution, but within 2 months nothing has changed to date, losing 12 months from now till Dec 2024 paid in advance for them.
