My Relief With this version we are introducing a preview of a new feature: My Relief. Answer some questions about your tinnitus and it will create a program for you to learn how to manage your tinnitus. Once the plan is created, visit My Relief section to see your progress towards your weekly goals. The plan changes each week, aiming to help you learn to manage your tinnitus week by week. Find this feature preview under My Relief section on the Navigation bar.
