Was given 30 free birthday spins. Used the money won from this to play slingo and won £500 jackpot once wagered they deducted £400 from my account leaving me with £100. Usually on sites jackpot wins have different rules but not with this site. I rang up and spoke to a man who didn’t seem very interested in helping me but did give me £25 bonus funds for the loss. When I withdraw the £100 I initially won I lost the £25 so I contacted live chat support, the woman was rather rude. Wouldn’t give me back the bonus funds even tho I explained they were given as a good Will gesture, she told me ‘rules still apply even if it’s your birthday hon’ which I obviously knew. She then proceeded to tell me I should never have even received the £25 bonus and she won’t be helping any more because there is nothing wrong with my account and kept repeating how I can view the terms and conditions. Why give me an extra £25 to play with if I’m gonna loose it when I withdraw from a previous bonus. Seems stupid to me.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. Kindly note, once you are playing with bonus funds your winnings are still bonus funds until you meet the bonus wagering requirements. The maximum you can win from meeting the bonus wagering is £100 + the initial bonus amount you received. These are outlined in the terms and conditions for each bonus received. Bonus funds are provided as a goodwill gesture for you to play with once your real money has been depleted and to give you another opportunity to try your luck on the games some more. Once you are successful on the games and choose to withdraw the winnings, the bonus funds are indeed forfeited as per the bonus policy.

I’ve been a member for over a decade and use to only play on 888 ladies, however, the latest changes to this site has changed that.
Firstly, I was a black diamond member and received perks for being so. ( VIP rooms etc)
That is no longer. Secondly, what is the purpose of having a bonus reel when the majority of rooms you can’t use them (although you can opt out of this feature) and finally, why have real cash only rooms when you must have a minimum of five pounds in order to play the rooms worth playing in? I will play in here for the slots but certainly not the bingo. 888 ladies have gotten greedy which is unfortunate as I use to love this site.
