Ver very very poor customer service when u regester they send u email and says your account is verify then u go deposit money to play that’s where they wait as soon as u deposit the money they bock you and then ask for documents they give you email you send them and they say wait 48 hour and after they tell you oh sorry we give you wrong email so send them again and wait another 48 hour and then you lose the money in 5 minutes that’s end of storey for this casino I done the mistake plZ you don’t

Play on all of the entertain group sites, Party, Ladbrookes, Coral etc and the apps and games are similar for all of them but Foxys app and site is by far the most problematic to use. A lot of games not loading, competitions/arcade for points not loading, free spin games not loading, games being unavailable so you have to go through browser, which just gets so much hassle I forget to play the bonuses and loose them. Foxy definitely seems to be the site least supported by Entertain (with Coral and ladbrokes being where the most effort is going to improve and entice customers) you would be better with one account logging you into all the group sites instead of all the crossover linking which your systems just can’t handle. Made an account yesterday deposited money lost fair enough, next day go to login considering yesterday i was typing my details in, and using face ID to sign in so i go to login in again and didn’t recognise my face id or details so i go on live chat to be told my own details are wrong when they are absolutely not as i was literally using the account the day before. I haven’t had a welcome text or email. Ive asked for my bank details to be removed off my account witch they wont i feel like am going get fraud on my details. So these will take your deposit and close your account on you and leave you with absolute anxiety. I no my details were all correct, phone number user name as i use the same for these sites.
