I’m not sure whether I’ve just been on a lucky streak but my experience with Foxy Bingo has been very positive so far. I’ve tried a variety of games and have managed to finish nearly every session in profit. The near instant withdrawals are a huge plus as well, making it quick and easy to access any winnings. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the app does occasionally crash while I’m playing. However, when I relaunch it, the game resumes exactly where it left off so I haven’t lost any progress because of it. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would happily continue playing.

I’ve been on the app for roughly 8-9 months everything was fine then boom! I suddenly can’t claim my 3 spins on their daily pinball machine. I’ve never used in game chat so I’ve never insulted anyone never abused any promotions. When I go on the online help chat I get told your account is restricted! I’m no longer allowed to take part in current or future promotions. They wouldn’t give me reason why and said it’s basically tough the decision was made. Imagine a customer coming into my work and I just say “no I don’t want your custom and I’m not gonna tell you why” I’m pretty sure they would complain about the shocking customer service! They were very rude and at one point sarcastic I have screen prints to prove it! I have a large following on Tik tok and will making a video telling using these screenshots to tell my 21,000 followers to go elsewhere. terrible company with terrible customer service and rude employee’s. It’s no shock either that after playing several games bingo in a row the same names are always the one’s winning what a coincidence! Go elsewhere there is plenty of choice out there!

Took £100 deposit and immediately locked my account, literally immediately after payment was taken. They did this because the payment method wasn’t in my name (fair enough, although you have to ask why authorise the payment in the first place - but I suppose that’s obvious) ... after providing numerous documents they requested to verify my identity and the identity of the owner of the payment method, they have stopped communicating and failed to either reopen the account or reimburse the money. Day 5 now and they’ve not responded in the last 3.Really really bad customer service, mostly I think, from auto responders and not real people. No point phoning either, it would appear it’s a generic call centre handling calls for a number of clients, no dedicated support to give real advice. Robbed of £100, really frustrating. Contacted the bank and they’re looking into reversing the transaction, but it shouldn’t have come to that. Poor show Foxy Bingo.

Constant bugs and crashes. Always problem after problem. Then the customer service team make you feel as if YOU are the problem. Not arsed to resolve issues. There are about 5 “popular branded well known” casino games just off the top of my head they simply just won’t load or work. They give you free spins and the games don’t load. Then you get the “email blablabla with screenshots of your issue and you’ll get a response in 5-10 days” by which then you’ve lost your free spins or promotion anyway. Their “foxy bonanza” game is actually quite good, well by all of 3 minutes I’ve actually been able to play it for because of the painful 10 minute wait between each spin. Foxy bingo - to compete with big sites such as paddy power etc, you need to completely redo your whole site and fix all these issues, starting with your customer service reps
