SEE IT ON A MAP
Every time you add a place to visit, it’s immediately pinned on your Google Maps-based travel map. No need to pull up different travel apps and websites to organize plans and see them on a map - you can do it all in the Wanderlog trip planner app! Plus, if you’re visiting points in order, lines will connect the different pins on the map so you can see your route (perfect for road trips!). You can also export all your places to Google Maps too.
STORE PLANS OFFLINE
All your plans are automatically stored offline on the Wanderlog travel planner app - especially helpful during a road trip with poor signal and international travel.
GET ON THE ROAD
Looking for a road trip planner? Travelers can plan their trips and stops with Wanderlog. See your route on a map, or try our route optimizer to automatically rearrange and plan your route to save travel time. See estimated times & distance traveled between places to make sure it all fits, and total time and distance traveled for a given day to make sure you’re not driving too long. Plus, you can add unlimited stops along your road trip for free.
COLLABORATE WITH FRIENDS
For group travel planning, add your tripmates with their email address or by sharing a link to the itinerary. Like for Google Docs, everyone can collaborate in real-time. Set permissions and choose whether people can edit or just view your travel plans.
STAY ORGANIZED
Access flights, hotels, and attractions in one app. Forward flight and hotel confirmation emails to import them directly into your trip plan, or connect your Gmail to automatically add them. Prefer to keep high-level plans? Make generic lists like ‘Things to do’ and ‘Restaurants’ you want to eat at. Traveling on a tight schedule and want to create a detailed itinerary? Organize your day by adding start (and end) times, perfect for keeping track of tickets and reservations.
GET INSPIRATION & INFORMATION
For each place, see key info like a description and picture of the place, average user ratings with links to reviews, opening hours, address, website, and phone number. Stay inspired by exploring top travel guides from the web that feature viewpoints, attractions, and restaurants, and from lists from Google Trips and Google Travel, as well as by other Wanderlog users, and add things to do from those guides to your trip plan with 1 click.
CONTROL YOUR SPENDING
Set a budget for yourself or a group. Take control of your spending and keep track of all expenses. For a group trip, split a bill with other people and easily calculate the cost. Keep a record of who paid for what, how much everyone owes, and settle debts between tripmates.

I have been using Wanderlog for close to 3 years. It is very easy to use. I like the feature that they recommend where to explore immediately after I key in the major place of visit in my trip. It is excellent for planning. I think it would be perfect if the APP allow the use to input the type of activities they are interested ( example : serious hiking, just leisure walk, art and history museum,… etc). In this way, the suggestion of where to explore are more relevant
Hidden Double Charges, Broken System — Stay Away from This App
Humblehk
This app is a complete disaster and an absolute nightmare for paying users. It charged me twice — once for a basic annual plan I never even wanted, and again due to its own billing glitch. It feels deceptive and broken from the start, and worst of all, no one takes responsibility when it happens. You lose your money, and there’s no clear way out.The co-founder, Peter Xu, and his team pretend to offer support but ultimately shrug and claim they can’t do anything, while Apple Support insists it’s the developer’s issue. Both sides keep blaming each other — leaving customers like me caught in the middle, completely ignored and double-charged.If this happened to me, I’m certain I’m not the only one. Please, if you’ve been through something similar, speak up and share your experience. People need to know how this app treats its users.Do yourself a favor and avoid this app entirely. It’s unreliable, poorly managed, and no one will help you when something goes wrong.

Hi Humblehk! I'm Peter, CTO of Wanderlog. I sincerely apologize if you got charged twice for the subscription. I am also sorry if we cannot refund your subscription directly. To explain this, Apple handles all in-app purchase refunds directly because they process the payment through their system. Developers don’t have access to your payment information and cannot issue refunds themselves for security, privacy, and fraud prevention reasons. If you need a refund, you must contact Apple directly by following the instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 -- We apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused and please email me at peterxu@wanderlog.com for more help.
Easy to use on desktop

Really enjoyed using this for planning. It’s very useful on the desktop version but takes a bit of getting used to on the mobile app. Everything was great since it’s synchronised with Google maps. I think the only part to be improved on would be the time taken to get from point to point as it may not necessarily be accurate since it doesn’t take into account traffic situations (so just remember to check back on Google Maps). Also, would be nice to have the app include other maps apps for places like South Korea since they do not use Google much. Thanks for creating this app!! Really appreciate this :)
Has potential… and lots of ads and slop
VeroVero11
I’ve been looking for a collaborative travel planning app and was hopeful for Wanderlog. Red flags started early though: only 1 week free trial and then a subscription; Campaign ads and propositions missing the mark on the very top page; Inability to easily move between categories (hotel got misrecognized as attraction); Strong nudges to integrate your gmail (harder to add a hotel manually than forwarding your booking confirmation email); Interface very cluttered on mobile with lots of stuff I don’t need but can’t delete; No family pro plan…. In conclusion, will be giving it a pass for now but am hopeful that some of these might get fixed in the future.
Wanderlog just got even better! Enjoy our new Import from anywhere feature: paste a link or share reels to automatically create an itinerary. We’ve also refreshed the app’s visuals, improved performance, enhanced maps, made trip planning easier, and fixed issues with map markers and the media gallery. Enjoy exclusive discounts!
