One of a kind

Ever since I got ZA bank in the early days, I was already impressed with its fun clear and crystal interface design as well as the amazing functions especially the little perks in between. From the rebates, coupons, safe and life saving insurance, saving plans and loans, with excellent customer service. Although I have yet to win $1m lucky draws, it always excites me every month, even to see others win always gives one hope for a possible shot at winning. But at the end, lucky winner or not, ZA always finds a way to make sure everyone is rewarded at the end of the day. Especially when ones broke towards the end of the month, the rebates, coupons and coins collected helps a great deal! Thank you ZA!

Rewarding banking

ZA has been nothing but pleasant to use since opening my account. They helped me out with a loan when my bank wouldn’t help before, the customer service is great and the rebate is very generous - I just got HK$400 in rebate for paying off my HK$200 phone bill.

It’s also great if you’re uncomfortable with credit cards but want to use visa instead of EPS. It’s similar to having a visa debit card in the UK which I was very fond of when living there - you can only spend what you put in the account.

Superb virutal bank

It is quite a satisfying experience for using ZA virtual bank compared to her counterparts. Saving your presence, I have more than 5 vitual banking accounts and none of which has comprehensive functions and enticing offers for its users. Its random percentage on refund adds a suprising gift after each partronage and to be honest far greater than those credit cards took pride of its rewards. It could even do payment on credit cards, which provides an alternative convenient way. A virtual bank with cutting edge services。 Well Done !
