I have mostly received very high quality responses to questions. Nevertheless, AI has no concept of “true”, so it will give answers that are plausible but untrue. This is a defect of all AI, not just this app. I asked it for a biography of my father (d. 1959). I got a great response, but none of it was true.Here is a sample of a very good response:“Is there a problem with the following English sentence: “colourless green ideas sleep furiously”?“ No, there is no grammatical error in the sentence "colourless green ideas sleep furiously". However, it is semantically nonsensical as it combines contradictory words and phrases. This sentence was originally created by linguist Noam Chomsky to demonstrate that grammatical structure and semantic meaning are two distinct concepts in language.”Full marks!

This app helped me with everything my homework, my studies, my writings and helped me a LOT with my math hw. You should really get the app. There is no pop up adds which is perfect it gives u 10 uses per day which is enough. I really like this app

I was under free trial and found the app was totally different from the description after downloaded it. I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app immediately and meanwhile to apply the refund. They rejected with no detailed reason, and when I proposed the second attempt they ignored totally. They cheated users with inaccurate information, ignore users request and bring financial harm to users. I am checking their business address for further complaint

It’s always happen lately that whenever I ask question, it showed “Genie is experiencing high traffic at the moment. There may be a delay in receiving responses or temporary interruption in message delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.” This is not working at all. Not only for the Apps, it’s also appears on the website use too.
