After using this app in my own practice as well as teaching for a whole week, this app is proved to be an excellent companion to music lovers. My students love playing music with this app, so do I. Some may complain the notes being a bit small but I find it ok. (it's of course smaller than printed scores, though.)The developers are very responsive as well. I did encounter a small problem with loading several of my scores into the app and so I emailed them for help. They replied in around 12 hours and solved my problem 2 days later.
Will switch to Newzik

I’ve been a loyal forScore user since it first came out. It used to be reliable and tech support was stellar. Fast forward to the past year I’ve lost my markings a couple times-once on the evening before a recital when they all got shifted to different pages. I emailed tech support and received no response whatsoever. As a professional musician, I need my score reading app to be reliable-and short of that, for their customer support to be so. But Forscore has turned out to be neither. One function that I tried to use was to have different layers of annotations. But it’s so complicated that it’s really self defeating. I’ve just tested out Newzik and it seems to be quite intuitive. And their layer function is way simpler. So I’ll be migrating to that. I used to recommend Forscore but not anymore.
I updated to iPadOS 26 but seems many issues

Many issues after updated, especially when I transfer the scores from Mac/iphone, the preview pages will be blank, I want the old version back (when I’m using the old one, I can send more then 10+ PDF to forScore at once.) But now we have to send to ForScore one by one. And the second issue to me is the writing part. I may Laggy sometime.
Big bug!
Nice drummer
I have been using this app but recently the function of adjusting playing speed of a song being disabled, very disappointing since I use this function to practice regularly.Unacceptable since this function is one of the reason I bought this app.
This update fixes a bug that prevented external display options from appearing and resolves an issue that failed to properly restore cropped pages from archives.
