I filed a case to customer service and was told I breached their terms of service by just throwing me a link to their terms of service. I have played COC since 2015 on the same account and have played it the same way I have always played over the last 6 years, so if I have breached any terms of services, it must have occurred 6 years ago already. The fact that I am able to play for the past 6 years, is a testament that my account has properly complied with all your terms and conditions. As a matter of fact, I can still play right before the last maintenance. Right after the recent maintenance, my account is banned for no reason known to me. If the last maintenance has altered your terms of services, you should inform users and give users time to make necessary amendments. It is so reckless for Supercell to just ban my account without giving any explanation or warning on anything that I have not complied. If there is anything that I have done wrong and hence leading to my account being banned, I will have no complain at all. But the fact is that, I have NO idea why my account is banned right after the recent maintenance. Very frustrated and disappointed.
