I purchased skin of Ironman cat and dragon, loved them! However it never shows when they are in their final form, i.e. combined dragon and iron cat after 2 transformations. Really hope this can be fixed. Looking forward to a brand new final look.

Nickname picking after tutorial is 111% troublesome. Game itself is OK, not super appealing. I was attracted to try it out by cute avatars in the ads, yes they are there, ads is honest, but game content is intense and i simply don’t have time to enjoy their look - and you’re also expected to keep merging the avatars, so they keep going away. And then there’s the nickname part after tutorial, where you aren’t allow to do it too short, or long, or use the used name, or some unstated reason of “invalid nickname” - i wasnt using curse word at all, FYI. Also tried special characters or number-mixing but “invalid”. So I uninstalled after not getting thru the nickname after like 15 trials. It’s fun how nickname rule is just as complex as game design.

yeah, very laggy and consumes so much battery, they use our phones to run the data and my phone gets really hot too. The server is potato and always unstable, sometimes just locked both of us outta the gameplay and we cant return nor get the exp and gold for the paused gameplay, the stamina is also gone. Please fix these problems. 1:laggy server, 2:phone gets hotter than your girlfriend, 3: Return stamina if the game isn't completed or defeated, 4: Don't use the phone to run data if possible, 5: Please add the dragon pro max to the existing skins for dragons!

I get a accident permanent ban in 9/10I keep contacting to game customer service and I give my bill to prove that I am innocent. They just keep sending me bot reply. If you are a player with good status today, you will have the chance getting banned and can't solve this problem forever. Game customer service won't give you any evidence to prove that you have violated. So If you are getting that accident like me today, you can only pray to Jesus. This is the most worst game experience for me. Accident ban with no evidence. No human customer servicer, only bot reply. I spent over 4000USD for trading this kind of service to me. What can I say? Can't even find a way for giving evidence to game company for unbanning my account.
