Hello, I love your app, but I don't know why the notifications are about a younger fetus instead of the gestational age mine is at. The main screen says the correct 16 weeks 3 days, but the info, daily insights and push notifications are 4 days late, so it shows 15 weeks 6 days or something like that. Please try and fix this. Thanks!

All about subscription lately

I first downloaded Flo in 2021 and I loved it. I could get just enough info about my cycle without needing to pay for a subscription. Sadly I've recently realized that basically every feature is locked behind a paywall by now. Back then I was able to access the first two slides of daily insights like possible symptoms, short explanation of current hormone levels and other short guides based on where I was in my cycle. I thought it was such a great solution because people who didn't want to pay could also inform themselves at least and people who payed money got more explanation in these guides. It was really equal. Now it's all garbage, the whole application has lost its purpose - all you can do now is log a period and read community stuff while constantly getting a pop-up to get a subscription. At this point the developers could've used just ads they're just as annoying as these useless pop-ups. Pretty sad that it's not only ridiculously expensive for an application but you guys also gradually lock everything behind paywalls. I understand the costs of developing an app but it's just getting sad honestly because almost every smartphone can track periods by default and your app's purpose was to get MORE information about it. Overall disappointed with it.

I like the idea of the app and the features that it offers BUT! I had multiple problems with the subscription. At first I tried the two week trial which was fine but I noticed that I’m not consistent enough to use it for cycle tracking so I cancelled my subscription. They charged me next month and even two months later as well. They said that they would refound me but the money didn’t arrive, which is fine, nvm. BUT… I downloaded the app again now because I want to get pregnant. I remembered that the app was quite useful so downloaded it and set my goal as to get pregnant, payed a one year subscription because I like that it also shows the pregnancy improvement . 1 week later it turns out I am pregnant so I wanted to set my goal to “track pregnancy” and to do that I should pay for an other premium plan?!?!? I just payed ~50$, used it for a week and now I need to pay again for what?!? Why don’t they advertise it transparently that this premium package is only for cycle tracking and that one is for pregnancy? Obviously I would have payed a monthly subscription for cycle tracking if I knew it’s my goal was to get pregnant.

I absolutely love the app and have been using it for a couple years now. A bit more than a year ago I decided to buy a subscription to support the creators, but frankly, I wasn’t using half of the paid features. Some of them are very useful, however, I don’t track this information regularly. After a year of paid subscription I decided to cancel. Now I’m being BASHED with offers each time I enter the app. I understand revenue is important to keep up the quality, BUT MY GOD it is a lot of popups. I noticed I started using the app less and less because of it. Other than this, amazing work to the creators and thank you so much for such an amazing application that has been helping me for years now.
