Not intuitive

This app is not intuitive and responsive with our account preferences. There are accounts I removed and unfollowed and yet weeks later Playtomic still shows me this user’s activity in my feed. At some point I tested by blocking the user and their activity even still shows after being blocked! To still showcase unfollowed/removed users activities when we have opted not to see their activities shows how weak the app development is. AI chatbot is also useless as they can’t understand what I am asking.

I have 3 cancelation match and still not refund to my bank adter 15 days, i talk to my bank and there none of refund from playtomic, their solution is only by "reach us by help service on apps" but its robots and cant do serious conversation bcs the robot doesn't know anysh*t
