Misleading Charges

I have already submitted reports regarding this disputed Calorie Counter charge, but the issue has not been resolved. The charge is still showing as a pending purchase for Rp349,000 and it is blocking my entire App Store account.I cannot download apps or renew my legitimate subscriptions because of this disputed charge. I do not authorize payment for this charge.Please escalate this to the billing team and review/cancel the pending charge. I need my App Store purchasing and subscription functionality restored without being forced to pay a charge that I am disputing.

Thank you for explaining the situation. If the purchase was already being processed when it was canceled, Apple may still attempt to charge the payment method linked to the Apple ID. If the payment fails, this can create an unpaid balance and temporarily restrict App Store purchases and downloads. To clear the pending balance, please update your payment method in Settings → [Your Name] → Payment & Shipping. Once the payment is completed, you can request a refund directly from Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. If you need help with these steps, please reach out to us via in app chat or at cc-support@municorn.com, and we’ll be glad to guide you through the process.
