I’ll like to first of all congratulate you guys with good cars and good customer services. I’ll like to plead with you guys to bring cars to ashkelon, even if it’s two. Imagine traveling to Tel Aviv just so you can have a car. I see so many people use your cars in this city including me but everyone goes to tell Aviv to get one before returning home, it wouldn’t be only for our interest but also for us too. You guys should think out of the box and make more money. That’s the reason I give it a 4 star review

I have been forced to use (CAR2GO) now GoTo, due to some family reasons. However even after updating their mobile app, it’s still one of the worse service providers in Israel. App will fail and cause crashes. Finding your cars can be a challenge. And there is very poor service from their people. When you are renting a car and in an emergency, there needs to be a simple and fast way to get service. I was once stuck outside my car for 1 hour in the summer heat waiting to get access to the car because the app was not working and I had no physical car.

Be cautious with this rental company—the worst I’ve experienced in Israel. There’s zero support and poor customer service. I booked a car days in advance, only to find no car available when I arrived. After waiting 46 minutes on the support line, they said they couldn’t help because the previous renter hadn’t returned it. For two months, I’ve tried to cancel my subscription, but they ignore my emails and calls. Meanwhile, they keep charging my bank account. Truly disappointing.
