EDIT - Once I overcame the barrier to find a way to use it through my desktop and now understood how to use it in my mobile - this app is a life saving agent ! Amazing and immense sensory relief. My sensory issues deep in my leg bones and inner nerves have so much calmed down, even medication never helped. Thank you all the app developers. Original Comment - I tried to use but bang on it took me to subscription option and I had no idea about it. I’m very bad at free trial because I forget cancelling in case it doesn’t suit me. Then it shocked me to a free version and felt why didn’t the app tell me this before? If I love it obviously would take the subscription but it gave me such full body insane triggers like the usual neurotypical madness. Then finally I settled to try that free version it showed up, man the UI is so much cluttered. I respect the effort being put into the music since I see so many good reviews but the entire experience or get into the app is sheer madness especially to me. My ADHD brain is unable to take many options at a time and no man, Im so much triggered with this complexity although that may not have been intended by the developer. Feedback is intended to be respectful and if it came across invalidating know that’s not the intention and it’s my limitation in expressing with appropriate language. Glad that it’s helping the community though.

After months of using Endel, I am finally ready to write a review.First of all a heartfelt thank you to the developers who made this gem.I am using Endel for about 12 hours a day changing modes. It’s kind of a sound landscape for your life. There is this thing about priming songs. If you listen to one particular song while doing a particular activity for enough times your brain will be classically associated with that feeling (Somewhat Pavlov’s experiment). That’s what I’ve achieved with this app.The modes are actually genuinely designed. Every litte thing about this app and it’s interface has a thoughtful intention behind it. Every little movement in the animation has a purpose and it signifies something. And that’s what makes it so much more beautiful. It’s an endless pit where you discover something new everyday. And let me tell you that all of them work perfectly. Sleep mode makes me sleep, relax mode makes me relax, focus mode makes me focus and that’s what it’s supposed to do I mean right? It’s so hard to appreciate but the simplicity of serving its purpose is a huge achievement. Download this app, and just start using it. Every Endel user will be having a different experience and hence a very personal and different relationship with it.. Enjoy.

I have been using endel for many months now having discovered it through the app store. After a brief trial I just jumped for the subscription. My usecase has been office work mostly. I run the app on my mac all the time I am in office and it does a great job of helping create a serene soundscape with a match of the environment and my heartbeat rate. I have felt at occasions my focus really going high and may be attributed to endel’s role. I absolutely love their beautiful animations though do not keep it open to see it. The app is beautifully designed and am loving the new features being brought in, such as the heartbeat data. I also heard the founder’s interview of things to come and I am only excited to see the future updates. The developers have been super responsive to my posts on Twitter about issues. I highly recommend the app for people wanting to focus, relax and have a great productive time.
