## The Best Focus Timer Apps
FocusPomo is a Pomodoro-based time management app with a minimal and beautiful design, powerful features, and a rewarding sense of progress.
Our mission is to improve and protect your attention. That’s why we don’t simply pile on features, and we don’t use addictive game-like rewards. FocusPomo is built to help you focus on one thing at a time.
## When you may need FocusPomo
1. You work hard, but still don’t feel real progress
2. Your study or work efficiency feels low
3. You get distracted easily and want to reduce procrastination
4. Important things keep getting delayed
5. You want to become more disciplined
6. You want different parts of your life to gradually get better
7. You have many things you want to do, but keep making slow progress
## FocusPomo Core Features
1. Real-time sync across all platforms. Sync through iCloud across Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, so your focus data always stays up to date.
2. A simple and easy-to-use focus timer. No flashy design, no complicated distractions. Everything is designed for a better focus experience.
3. Cute little tomatoes that make focus feel rewarding. Every completed Pomodoro gives you a cute little tomato. Your tomatoes accumulate each week, making effort more visible without turning focus into a distracting game. Tomatoes also support motion response and haptic feedback (motion response is currently supported on iOS only).
4. Powerful focus statistics. View focus trends, Pomodoro insights, and detailed data across different tasks and time ranges.
5. Calendar timeline. Reflection helps you improve. View your focus time distribution by one day, two-day comparison, or one week.
6. Optimized for iPad and Mac large screens. View more useful information and enjoy a focus experience designed for larger screens.
7. Mac support. View timer status, focus task, and today’s focus data from the menu bar. Start, pause, or end focus sessions without opening the app.
8. Apple Watch App that works independently. No iPhone needed. Start a timer, create or edit focus tasks, and manage focus directly on Apple Watch.
## FocusPomo Design Philosophy
1. Focus. We don’t build an all-in-one product. We focus on time management and help make your effort truly pay off.
2. Simplicity. Simplicity is not the goal. It is the result. Every feature and detail is carefully researched, considered, and refined.
3. Warmth. FocusPomo hopes to become a small quiet space for you, staying with you through your effort, focus, and growth.

I’ve tried a bunch of Pomodoro timer apps, but this one stands out. The interface is clean and easy to use, and I love how customizable it is—you can adjust session lengths, break times, and even set different timers for different tasks. The notifications are subtle but effective, and the ability to track my sessions has really helped me stay productive.Since using this app, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my focus. I get way more done without feeling burned out. Plus, the optional ambient sounds are a great touch! If you’re looking for a simple yet powerful way to stay on track, this is definitely worth downloading.
Love the app, just needs more customization!

I absolutely love FocusPomo, but I would love more customization options! In particular, please add more Home Screen widget customization, including the ability to change widget colors (especially white/pastel colors), backgrounds and layouts. It would also be great to have more detailed monthly/yearly statistics and customizable daily/weekly focus goals.I would also LOVE more options for the focus character/visual instead of only the tomato. Being able to choose between different cute characters, animals, plants, icons, etc. or even disable it completely would make the experience much more personalized. It would be especially nice if we could assign different characters to different focus tags.I really love the app and think these additions would make it almost perfect! ❤️
Appreciation and feature suggestion

I love this app so much I am so glad I subscribed to it! No regrets! Just a few suggestions… maybe add streaks per tag to help the user stay consistent in formation habits, it can be optional if the user wants to activate streaks for a particularly tag. I’ve seen another pomodoro app have this feature. Also maybe give an option to extend a timer like add another 5 or 10 mins. An option to start the break automatically would also be great. Thank you once again!
Feature request: Ability to pause the timer
TheoxPratham
The app is very cool but has this one major feature missing. A lot of times after starting the timer, there are certain tasks which require immediate attention. If we wish to get up, the app only gives two options: completely abandon/stop the timer or keep the timer running. There is no option to pause the timer for a short while so that it can be resumed once we get back. Please add this feature. Thank you!I have another request: please add the ability to see the timer running on lockscreen. It’s inconvenient to unlock the ipad everytime to see the timer.
