The muse link doesn’t link to the music Infact it says that “reels using an auto track for the first time may take a while to show here” and since than I’m not able to use this stupid app

⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE “3-DAY FREE TRIAL”

My experience with Muse has been extremely concerning.I signed up for the advertised 3-day free trial and cancelled it before the trial ended. My Apple subscription clearly shows that the subscription expired on 3 September 2026.Despite this, ₹2,999 was debited from my bank account as an annual subscription charge.The even more concerning part? The ₹2,999 transaction is not showing in my Apple Purchase History or on Apple’s Report a Problem portal, and I have not received an Apple receipt for the charge. My bank statement, however, clearly identifies the merchant as APPLE MEDIA SERVICES.So I am currently being charged ₹2,999 for an annual subscription when my trial/subscription had already expired, with no corresponding transaction visible in my Apple account and no annual service that I knowingly agreed to continue.I contacted Muse/Bigrowth support, but instead of actually investigating the charge, I was directed back to Apple’s refund system — the exact system where this transaction does not even appear.What makes this even more concerning is that there are multiple other App Store reviews reporting similar experiences involving Muse’s 3-day trial, unexpected charges and difficulties obtaining refunds. (App Store)If you are considering downloading this app, please read the subscription terms extremely carefully and monitor your Apple account/payment method closely.I am currently pursuing the ₹2,999 charge through my bank and seeking clarification from Apple and Bigrowth.My personal experience: extremely disappointing and not something I would recommend.

Hi!Our app strictly uses Apple's official billing system, which means Apple processes all transactions directly as the primary merchant. Because this system is entirely automated, every successful purchase automatically generates an Apple receipt and appears in your App Store Purchase History. It's technically impossible to process a charge through our app outside of Apple's system.Since there's no record of this charge in your Apple ID purchase history, the payment was likely made for a different app or service. We recommend checking your other active subscriptions or contacting the specific service where the charge occurred. Luring with 3 day free trial and then charging right away

I mean, the template and story maker everything is great, but when you opt for the 3 day free trial, they will ask you firstly, for the payment verification. Change your payment method and what not that no other app does, and then they charged me right away with the full subscription amount of ₹3000. Then I went online to see an a lot of people have been scammed or duped the same way. That’s only misusing/abuse Apple's automated billing system to catch users off guard
