The NBA app was working fine on firestick till last season but now the app is not available. Is this a temporary issue? I prefer to watch the matches on the TV and i wanna know before i sub this season…!After dev resp: I found out that the app is downloadable on firestick device 3rd gen and above(one can check this in the about section of ‘my firestick’). Hope that helps others facing the same issue.However, the closed caption issue stills persists after re-installing the app. Request the devs to please sort that out!Cheers!

Not sure what’s going on with your app Dev team but with every update it seems to only get worse. You can add all the bells and whistles but if someone can’t stream them the app is just useless. The seeker doesn’t work, no matter what position I put it to it just goes back to the beginning. Or if that works then the app streams at a resolution where I can’t even tell where the ball is despite choosing 1080 and having no issues with my internet connection. Or it’ll freeze. Or something else. The list of bugs in your streaming experience only grows longer. This app has gone from being reliable a few years ago and being 1/4th the price to being a game of which bug will I face today for 4 times the price. How can you in good conscience take money when this is the state of your product. There’s a live game going on right now that I’ve given up on trying to see and have decided to write this review instead. Honestly, it would a QC team 10 mins to find at least 10 bugs in your streaming experience. My advice, which will most likely not be heeded judging by the state of things, would be to stop doing everything else and JUST FIX THE STREAMING EXPERIENCE.

As nba fans around the world we do not want new and extra features in the app, all we want is a good platform to stream games but y’all can’t seem to give that to us. My nba app is extremely slow when it comes to streaming, sometimes I can only watch games in Spanish or Portuguese. When I cast my game to my tv it constantly freezes. The old version of the app was much better. Please work on the streaming glitches.In the hide scores feature of the app, I wouldn’t want to see if the game has gone to overtime or not. This was not there in the earlier versions of the app however now if a game goes to overtime, even if my scores are hidden it shows final/ot. Please remove this.

I have purchased yearly subscription but I’m unable to login. Whenever I login it again asks for login. Whenever I try to re store purchases it say you don’t have any purchase. When I go for subscription it says you have already subscribed. I don’t know what to do. I missed opening games because of this app.
