App issues and Airtel network is pathetic...
Weird weird..I don’t see my landline account details in the app which I have added few years ago, when I try to add my landline account again the OTP is sent to a different number where as the alternate registered number for my landline account is my mobile number which is showing on the bill for years together. I got it changed back to my number and the customer care do not have any clue how did that happen. Finally when I get the OTP to my mobile to add my landline account I get a message stating this is already linked to my number. The landline account details do not show on the app. Clearly the app service and the services have gone down drastically by Airtel. The Airtel network is absolutely 0 at my home and we collectively raised a complaint by all 40 accounts in the apartment by we get a response starting the Airtel cannot do anything about it... pathetic service... did not expect such a response from Airtel at a location where there could be more than 100 accounts near to my apartment. I see no tower within the 3 kms radius at all, seriously considering portability options

Not sure what went wrong here, but this app has become an utter nuisance!!! Previously I used this to check my account, plan, usage, balance remaining etc. Now I just can’t do that anymore! At most I can see my payment, receipt. Rest of the app are all on a BIG OVERDRIVE to sell and earn money from me!!!!!! Either asking me to switch my voice connection or asking to buy extra this, that!! Do they think that by irritating a customer like me in this way, they are going to be able to ‘upsell’ ANYTHING to me??? On the contrary this might make me start thinking about moving out of my existing broadband plan with them and try to explore other option, something I wouldn’t have done otherwise, being more or less happy with their broadband service! What’s wrong with you guys??? PLEASE REVERT BACK TO YOUR EARLIER VERSION!!!! The current one is only hurting you and can only reduce your sale instead of increasing it! If you are REALLY listening, PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT THE RATINGS from other reviewers, consistently 1 STAR!!!! It’d have been even less, ZERO STAR. But no such option alas! PLEASE ACT BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

Zero rating fake and cheaters
Cheaters and deceivers... they loot customers on futile/fake service promises etc. They say one thing and do other thing. They ve no customer ethics. I am completely fedup with airtel. Unless they reshuffle customer executives in Kashmir they wont be able to catch customers. Their ethical behavior is worst here. They would keep you waiting for days, weeks, months together by saying that your issue would be resolved very soon within 24hrs, and our customer executive would call within 4hrs/ 24/ hours you would a message regarding registration of your issue, but you would never get a call/sms.
I hate airtel service in Kashmir.
They must shut their services here. Let other networks compel airtel customers towards their own. Letus all pay for tge service because non of use withouth paying. So why to choose a network where there is more showoff in promises etc than services. Byee byee to airtel... their customer executives told me to port into jio... so I am doing it.
I wish if get the email id of their CEO and of other higherups so that could narrate the suffering that they made to go through.
